How Is This Legal?
Thanks to the Agricultural Improvement Act of 2018, H.R. 2, or the 2018 Farm Bill, Delta THC products are federally legal if the final product contains less than .3% Delta 9 THC on a dry weight basis. All our products are made using Hemp Derived compounds and contain less than .3% Delta 9 THC. While Delta 8 THC is legal under hemp laws that mirror H.R. 2, not all states have such laws. Some states specifically ban certain Delta THC products, so it’s essential to check your local laws and regulations before ordering (see below).
Can you ship to my state?
Great question! Since all of our products are federally legal, as noted above, we are allowed to ship to all 50 states, however rules vary by state and some states prohibit the sale of intoxicating Hemp products. We have created a table with each state listed, and their legal status regarding CBD, D9, and THCa. Click here to view the chart. I’m New to This Stuff; What Effects Should I Expect?
Great Question! It all depends on you and the products you try. We always suggest starting low and slow, low milligrams, and slowly increasing your dosage (for edibles, this means waiting the maximum time between doses as well, around 1-2 hours). Efficacy varies from person to person, and each compound affects each person differently. Many factors come into play when trying to find the right fit, including tolerance, metabolism, each individual endocannabinoid system and receptors, the type of product you are trying, the specific compound, desired effects, even certain medications can affect the absorption of cannabinoids. Will This Get Me “High”?
Efficacy varies depending on each person and many factors, such as tolerance, metabolism, product type, delivery method, etc. All our products should have some psychoactive effect in the sense that they have the ability to alter your state of mind. CBD is a cannabinoid that does not have intoxicating properties. However, it has been shown to have calming properties, and consumers have found it helpful in easing anxiety and relaxation. D9, and like products may be intoxicating and produce feelings of euphoria. As always, we recommend starting low and slow to find the dose that you are comfortable with. No! Our products are always lab tested and a certificate of analysis is always viewable on our site. Simply use the QR code on the package and you can check out the results from independent and certified labs. A select listing of our products is vegan and gluten free. What is the difference between Cannabis and Hemp?
Actually, it’s all “cannabis.” The lower THC potency version of the cannabis plant is commonly referred to as “hemp” and the higher THC potency version of the plant is commonly referred to as “marijuana.” The US 2018 Farm Bill legalized hemp if it contains less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC on a dry weight basis.
What are Cannabinoids?
Cannabinoids are a group of naturally occurring chemical compounds found in the cannabis plant. The two most well-known cannabinoids are THC (tetrahydrocannabinol) and CBD (cannabidiol).
Your body has its own “endocannabinoid system” and cannabis cannabinoids interact with your natural body’s system in a supportive and therapeutic manner to support various physiological processes, including pain, mood, appetite, and immune function.
Cannabinoids are natural compounds that can benefit the body in various ways, much like vitamins. Each cannabinoid found in cannabis, just like Vitamin C found in citrus, has a specific role in maintaining health and wellness.
How much hemp should I take?
If you are new to THC, start low and slow at a beginner dose (also known as microdose). We suggest 2.5mg THC. Cannabis affects everyone differently. Use responsibly. Gradually increase dosage until the desired effect is achieved. Always pay attention to suggested dosage instructions on the packaging.
Tip: If you are new to THC, or consuming a new product, it is always suggested to wait at least 2 hours before consuming more THC.
